Clare Duignan is a non-executive director with extensive board experience across private, public and not-for-profit sectors. During her career at RTÉ, she gained wide-ranging senior executive experience, with over 20 years in key leadership roles including Head of Independent Productions, Director of Programmes TV, and Managing Director Radio and Performing Groups. Clare is currently a board member with Fáilte Ireland, The Irish Times DAC, IMRO, The Chester Beatty Library, Business to Arts, Ireland XO and The Institute of Banking. She has previously served on the board of the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, The Dublin International Film Festival, and The Arts Council, and she chaired the Advisory Board of ShinAwil Film and Television. Clare is a qualified Personal, Leadership and Executive Coach.
